Nutrition Menu Solutions is one of Southern California’s largest providers of menu services to long-term care, skilled nursing, retirement & assisted living facilities. For 30 years, Dietitians at Nutrition Menu Solutions have been providing delicious menus & recipes, training dietary staff, helping facilities create & adhere to HACCP, developing programs & policies, and complying to state and federal dietary regulations. Each recipe, menu, training program/in-service, and kitchen audit checklist is designed by an experienced & highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Our quarterly menu cycles include nutritious recipes for each of the seasons & themed holiday menus. When designing menus, we take into account ease of preparation, high quality flavor profile, satiation level, visual appeal, and most importantly, cost efficiency.
